Your order will include your press-on nails, a prep kit (which contains alcohol wipes, sticky tabs, nail glue, a cuticle pusher, a buffer, and a nail file), and “How to Apply & Remove” instructions.

Please refer to the sizing guide to find your sizes. Please ensure you provide accurate nail measurements when placing your order. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to incorrect sizing. For the best fit, order a sizing kit or double-check your measurements before submitting your order.

The nails can last up to a week with sticky tabs and up to 3-4 weeks with nail glue. Proper nail preparation will help extend their wear.

Yes, all our nails are reusable. After wearing them, simply remove the glue with a file and clean them with alcohol.

Yes, our nails are waterproof! They handle brief water exposure well, but water can affect the adhesive bond of the nail glue or sticky tabs. For extended or frequent exposure, especially to chlorinated or salt water, be cautious as adhesives may weaken.

This often happens due to improper nail prep. If press-ons aren't applied correctly from the start, they might not stay on long-term. Be sure to follow the application instructions in my Instagram highlights.

Press the back of the nails against a cup of boiling water. The heat will help the nails soften and flatten better to fit your nail beds.

Yes, you can gently file the edges to ensure a perfect fit for your nails.
